I’ll be offering Work In The Room this Saturday morning during meditation- a time for individual meetings with a teacher. You don’t have to know what you’ll talk about. Bring what’s most alive in you, the essential matter at that moment. Or come and see what appears. That is what practice is designed to meet.

When you meet regularly with a teacher, you have a particular kind of ally in your practice. Your teacher can offer encouragement through the ups and downs of a committed meditation practice, and can hold space for the deep inquiry and freedom of creative response that Zen is especially designed to support.
