Annual Spring All Sangha Meeting
Each Spring, we gather as a Sangha, a community, to share with each other our shared and individual views of how we should practice together. We listen to each other, we share a meal and enjoy each other’s company. For Springs Mountain Sangha members and friends. Keep an eye out for emails with more details.

Registration for Spring Retreat
with Sarah Bender, Sensei Monday April 1 – Sunday April 7. Registration completes Monday March 18th. Immerse yourself in practice, in silence and in community. Experience is different with the long retreat…..more than just the 2 more days might suggest. For this week we will take up our Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra as practice, bringing it into silent meditation, walking, talks and chanting,….and probably into our dreams. Fee : $595, or $90 per day (part timers). Scholarship support is available. See this link for more details.

Saturday, March 16: Work in the Room with Sarah Bender, Sensei. WITR is time spent with one of our teachers. Face-to-face, you encounter the dharma together. It is a good time to share questions about your meditation practice and how it moves in your life. WITR is supported by your donations. A bowl for dana (the spiritual practice of generosity) will be next to the bell you’ll ring before your WITR. We encourage people to give what they can.
