This year we are planning more activities, including a guided meditation, speakers, kirtan (chanting), food, walking meditation, eating meditation, tai chi, intention paper making, and a children’s program with the creation and dissolution of a sand mandala, and time for socializing. If you have any questions, please contact Liz Cramer (elizabeth.cramer51@gmail.com)
